Method 1 — one line in the browser
- Open instagram.com in Chrome, Edge, or Brave and log in.
- Open the private / friends-only video so it plays in your browser.
- Press F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+I) to open Developer Tools.
- Click the Console tab.
- Paste this exactly and press Enter:

- You should see
undefined— that means the cookies are on your clipboard. - Come back here and click Paste in the cookies box below.
Must run the command on the instagram.com tab (while logged in), not on ToolSphare.
Method 2 — cookie export extension
- Install a cookies exporter such as Get cookies.txt LOCALLY from the Chrome Web Store (free, runs on your device).
- Open instagram.com, stay logged in, open the video.
- Click the extension → export cookies for this site.
- Open the file, copy all text, and paste it into the box below.
Method 3 — from Network tab
- On instagram.com, press F12 → Network.
- Refresh the page, click any request to
instagram.com. - Under Headers, find Cookie: and copy that whole line’s value.
- Paste it below.
- Only use cookies from your own account.
- Only download media you are allowed to save.
- If a video is public, use the normal (non-private) downloader — no cookies needed.
